Chance exists so that young people can live with purpose in their local community. So that everyone has a place where they feel safe, supported and comfortable to grow;
Belonging comes first.
Participation matters.
Community is everything.
There is no shortage of services, programmes or support, yet many young people still feel disconnected, unseen, or unsure where they belong or how they feel a sense of confidence and pride in who they are and what they are capable of.
We’re building a different kind of social mobility — one where belonging is the product and participation is the currency.
We’re not here to fix people. We’re here to believe in them.
Not charity, this is participation
Not followers, this is about friends
Not performance metrics, this is meaningful moments
Chance is being built with young people, not for them.
